  At the end of the war in 1946 Vereeniging was a small town, Vanderbijlpark in its infancy and Sasolburg as yet unknown.
Following their release from active service it was here that Major Cecil Chase and his two sons decided to settle. Together during 1946 they founded the Company. The Directors at Vereeniging are Tony Lane, Director, Vanderbijlpark.
The Company has been associated with developments along the Vaal since the early days when it was entrusted with the marketing of the Vaalview and Miravaal River Estates. This department is under the personal supervision of Mr Tony Lane whose knowledge and expertise is widely recognised.
The Company has two Registered Valuers, Helgard Potgieter.
The Company has built-up a substantial letting management portfolio and an active Sectional Title Management Department.
Tony Lane specialises in Sectional Title Management and at present the Company manages over 60 developments.
The auctioneering activities of the Company are widely recognised. Sales throughout the country in recent years included the Springfield Colliery Township, the Peiserton Diamond Mine and the Natal Anthracite Colliery Township.
The Head Office building in Vereeniging was built in 1960 and has become a landmark with branch offices in Nile Gate Centre, General Hertzog Road, Three Rivers and Colosseum Centre, Vanderbijlpark SW 5.
The Company was appointed Agents for GBS Mutual Bank in 1947 and the association has prospered ever since.
