DO remember that the first impressions are the most important. Trim the garden, tidy the garage, clean down walls, fix broken panes and dripping taps.

DON’T ever allow more than one ‘’For Sale’’ board. One sign is highly effective, two or more cheapen the property and attract lower offers.
DO keep us informed of changes in price, terms or any other developments that may have a bearing on our mandate.
