At the end of the war in 1946 Vereeniging was a small town, Vanderbijlpark in its infancy and Sasolburg as yet unknown. Following their release from active service it was here that Major Cecil Chase and his two sons decided to settle. Together during 1946 they founded the Company.
The Company has been associated with developments along the Vaal since the early days when it was entrusted with the marketing of the Vaalview and Miravaal River Estates. The auctioneering activities of the Company are widely recognised. Sales throughout the country in recent years included the Springfield Colliery Township, the Peiserton Diamond Mine and the Natal Anthracite Colliery Township.
The Head Office building in Vereeniging was built in 1960 and has become a landmark. There is a vast potential housing market in the Vaal Triangle and Chase & Sons has every reason to look forward with confidence to the future.
Assisting our clients when buying, selling or renting properties is but a small part of what we do every day.
Over the years the company has build a reputation for excellent management of Body Corporates and Sectional Title Schemes.
